What we do.

We know how difficult it is for people with hearing loss to find meaningful jobs and keep them.

A hearing loss many times means a different level or methodology of communication - it can also mean adaptations in the workplace.

We provide meaningful jobs. Soundwrx creates one-of-a-kind products that tell stories and raise awareness about hearing loss. Our makers design, forge, package and sell in our online marketplace. All proceeds of the marketplace go back into Soundwrx to create more jobs and awareness. Although Soundwrx is an equal opportunity employer, their maker’s space is uniquely equipped for people with hearing loss.

We coach companies who hire people with hearing loss. Understanding hearing loss can be confusing. We realize some people need some help implementing diversity and we’re here every step of the way.

We mentor students. Many deaf/hard-of-hearing (HOH) students graduate high school with an elementary reading level below the 3rd or 4th grade. We encourage students to realize their full potential and reach higher. Whether a student wants to learn design, business, marketing, or any other aspect of Soundwrx - we are partners in their journey.
